Being at the heart of these travel flows and at the point of convergence of the whole of Europe neighbourhood that the new LAZ' hotel has taken up residence. A commune or "district" in this 9th arrondissement. A perimeter embedded between North and South between Montmartre and the Parisian Grands Boulevards. Lying to the West the eighth arrondissement notoriously known to be bourgeois and elitist. Bordered to the east the 18th arrondissement mostly known to be bohemian. This is the Saint Lazare neighbourhood.
